1. Who we are
The controller of personal data collected on this Site is DP Business Solutions LLC, publisher of Dubai Radar. For any privacy matter, contact hello@dubairadar.ae.
2. What data we process
The Site is an information and lifestyle publication and does not require registration. We process data in the smallest scope needed:
- technical data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, cookies necessary for the Site to work),
- the name or nickname and the text of a comment, if you post one (together with the IP address, for moderation and security),
- your e-mail address, if you subscribe to updates or write to the editorial team.
3. Why we process it and on what basis
We process data to run the Site securely, to publish and moderate comments, to send updates you have asked for, and to reply to your messages. We do this in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in running the Site, or the need to respond to your request. Visitors from the European Economic Area also enjoy the rights set out in the GDPR.

5. Who receives the data
Data may be processed by technical service providers acting on our behalf: our hosting provider (servers located in the European Union), the network and security provider Cloudflare, Inc., and our e-mail provider.
Some providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Transfers take place under contractual safeguards that meet the requirements of the applicable law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to hello@dubairadar.ae.
7. How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, until you object or withdraw consent. Comments are kept for as long as they remain published on the Site. Subscription addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
